'100 Days to Indy' Will Warm Your Patriotism Until You Are On Your Feet Falling In Love With Speed

If this trailer of the new reality series about the Indy 500 doesn't make you want to get your head around the Greatest Spectacle in racing in the world, and ready to go out and grab a slice of this awesome Americana, I don't know what will do it for you...

There is no authentic dispute that the home of the famed Indianapolis 500, at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) is the oldest auto race in the world and arguably the most prestigious; it is also the largest sporting arena in the world.

That is exciting. It is fast, it is thrilling and it is huge.

The track at the IMS could hold the audience of Churchill Downs, Yankee Stadium, Rose Bowl Stadium, Vatican City, the Taj Mahal, the White House, Liberty Island and the Roman Colosseum - they could all fit inside its infield.

If you haven't been to the track before you need to get there.

Even if you aren't that much into racing, the history, tradition and crowd excitement will make you fall in love with the spectacle.

I don't know how anyone doesn't get inside that place and fall in love with the Indy 500.

This story takes a whole month to tell:

2023 promises to be a record year for attendance, and also for interest in the race, because ot the PR initiatives like those of a new reality series, 100 Days to Indy.

The trailer is sexy as heck. You gotta watch it.

The Indy 500 is so much more than a race, and everyone who is in the arena in the month of May at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway knows it is something very-very special... and most of us can't put it into words why that is.. so this trailer is even more brilliant for that reason.

If the series is as exciting as this short clip, be prepared for a rush to the IMS.

Let me know if this isn't the most exciting, most riveting, most thrilling bit of video footage you have seen about sports and racing- ever.
